Givenchy presents its Spring Summer 2012 Instant Bucolique Make Up collection inspired from nature, flowers and impressionist paintings.
The fragility of spring is at the heart of the inspiration behind Givenchy Instant Bucolique. Speckled pastel powders for eyes, face and cheeks leave your skin refreshed and pretty while eyes get a touch of tender green, pink, soft brown and mauve. Lips get a dose of full bloom color with poppy red. - Givenchy

Make Up Artistic Director at Givenchy Nicholas Degennes inspiration for the spring summer 2012 is taken from fields of lush blooms. What I love is the poppy red on nails and lips, and the masterpiece of the collection the Prisme Visage Bucolic Blossoms n°1. While I find the Prisme Yeux Quatuor Bucolic Blossoms N° 79 to daring, at least in the amount used on the model Toni Garrn for the campaign. For brunettes having the mauve on the upper lid as in the original sketch from Degennes might be more appropriate.
The collection will be available starting from February and we'll have the chance to play with this spring colors and see ourselves how to mix and match the eye shadow palette to go with the spring glow that the blushes will give us and the poppy red of lips and nails.
