If you can dream it, you can do it. Profumerie Douglas for Emilia.

"Tosca" is a passionate tragedy by Puccini based on jealousy, obsession and lost love. Even though I'm not the jelous kind, I am fascinated with such a character who makes this opera so captivating. To add more excitement to the opera itself, we have the location. The Arena di Verona amphitheatre is a place where all opera dreams come true, given that it is a unique site where different perfomances take place all year. This year's opera season was closed with a last performance of Tosca on September 1st and I was so excited to among the invited by Profumerie Douglas. 

During the evening we were introduced to the Charity Project supported by Profumerie Douglas to help the earthquake-striken populations of Emilia by donating part of the proceeds of the September and October sales of all the beauty shops around Italy. Starting from September 1st a small box will be on display in the shops becoming the symbol of the light of this campaign that will allow everyone to give their contribution and hope to those who are going through a difficult time.


In addition, the Douglas Charity charity project is enriched by the presence of Lancôme. For each bottle of the newly released fragrance "La Vie Est Belle" purchased in the Douglas stores, € 1 will be donated to the cause.

We can contribute by shopping. With the new fall season coming, our beauty bags definitely need a change.

"Tosca" è una tragedia passionale di Puccini basata sulla gelosia, l'ossessione e l'amore perduto. Anche se non sono il tipo geloso, sono affascinata da questo personaggio che rende quest'opera così accattivante. Per aggiungere più fascino alla stessa opera, abbiamo la location. L'anfiteatro dell'Arena di Verona è un luogo magico dove perfomances diverse si svolgono durande tutto l'anno. La stagione lirica di quest'anno si è conclusa il 1 settembre proprio con la Tosca ed ero così felice di essere tra gli invitati di Profumerie Douglas.

Durante la serata ci è stato presentato il Progetto Charity supportato da Profumerie Douglas per aiutare le popolazioni colpite dal terremoto in Emilia. Per tutto il mese di Settembre e di Ottobre le Profumerie Douglas doneranno parte del ricavato delle vendite alla causa Emiliana.  A partire dal 1 ° settembre una piccola urna sarà in mostra nei negozi diventando il simbolo della luce di questa campagna che permetterà a tutti di dare speranza a coloro che stanno attraversando un momento difficile.

Inoltre, il progetto charity Douglas viene arricchito dalla partnership di Lancôme. Per ogni flacone del nuovo profumo "La Vie Est Belle" acquistato nei negozi Douglas, 1 € sarà devoluto alla causa.

Noi possiamo contribuire facendo shopping. Con la stagione autunnale alle porte, le nostre beauty bag hanno sicuramente bisogno di un cambiamento.
