Halloween with Make Up for Ever ~ The Dolls Factory

Halloween is coming in few days. Can't wait to be a zombie for a day, cause while I know that the halloween interpretation has moved from scary to sex, I keep on being on the scary side on October 31. I much prefer the masquerade, impersonating some kind of celebrity, on Carnival which in Milan is celebrated in February.

I'll share with you the lessons from Make Up For Ever make up school. This was the first time I played the MakeUp Artist, so if I managed to get my model Loretta scary enough then anyone can.

Halloween è tra pochi giorni e io non vedo l'ora di fare lo zombie per un giorno. Mentre so che l'interpretazione di Halloween è passata dal fare paura al sedurre con mascheramenti sexy, io continuo a stare dalla parte dello spavento. This is going to be a tutorial for beginners like me. Make up artists and beauty youtubers get to do very crazy but difficult stuff pretending that me as I viewer will be able to replicate. Step By Step Guide to Creating a Scar

You need the MUFE Liquid Latex and a paper tissue which is used to create the volume and contour of the scar.
Applying the tissue to the skin after cutting it in an uneven way. The paper tissue helps design the scar shape. To fix the tissue use the artificial latex and wait one second till it dries.
You need the MUFE special effects palette and a concealer to color the scar.
Color the paper tissue with the concealer all around till it becomes even with the skin.
Apply the black color from the Special Effects palette to the internel contour od the scar for a dramatic effect.
Apply carmine color from the Special Effects palette all over the inside of the scar to give the effect of the muscles.
Apply concealer, foundation and loose powder to make the outside part of the scar as even as possible with your skin.
Also apply foundation all over you skin together also do your make up in the rest of the face.
Fill the scar with liquid blood
And vuala... you have a fresh scar

Per il primo step è necessario il lattice liquido e un fazzoletto di carta che viene utilizzato per creare il volume e il contorno della cicatrice.
Applicare il fazzoletto alla pelle dopo averlo strappato in modo non uniforme. Il fazzoletto viene usato per dare la forma della cicatrice. Per attaccare bene usare il lattice liquido e attendere un secondo fino a che si asciuga.
Per la seconda parte serve usare la palette degli effetti speciali e un correttore per colorare la cicatrice.
Colorare il fazzoletto tutto in torno alla cicatrice con il correttore finché non si veda la differenza con la pelle.
Applicare il colore nero dalla palette Effetti Speciali sul contorno interno la cicatrice per un effetto drammatico.
Applicare il colore rosso carminio dalla palette Effetti Speciali riempendo l'interno della cicatrice per dare il colore dei muscoli.
Applicare il correttore, fondotinta e cipria in polvere per fare la parte esterna della cicatrice il più uguale con la pelle.
Non dobbiamo dimenticare di mettere ilo stesso colore di fondotinta su tutta la pelle e truccarci anche il resto del viso. deve sembrare che qualcuno ci ha attaccati mentre stavamo uscendo per una serata.
Riempire la cicatrice di sangue liquido
E vuala ... abbiamo ottenuto una cicatrice fresca.

I have followed the same exact steps to work on Loretta, but decided I wanted the scar to be all around the eyes. Bigger the scar, bigger the dramatic effect. While Ilaria professional make up artist at Make Up For Ever went many steps further and showed us how to create a the 'Two-Face' Halloween version. All the steps are shown in the images below. I don't know if I could manage to do the teeth as well as the scars. We will need to do the make up rehearsals before October 31.
