I was born curly and by the time I was a teenager I hated my hair so at 14 I got introduced to the hair straightener and from that moment on I've been a girl with straight hair for more than 10 years. With Everlasting Love I was first introduced to the the greatest jazz-pop artist of the recent years, Jamie Cullum. So when I got the invitation to the private showcase of his latest album Momentum at Café Trussardi I was super excited. During the event he played some tracks from Momentum (to be released on May 20th) including a version of Pure Imagination from the 1971 musical  Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, but also a few his past album The Persuit. We also got to see his signiture move of singing while standing on the piano. This was a great afternoon of music and drinks.

Only The Brave Tattoo: Fragrance Tasting with Diesel

In the Greek mythology each of the gods had his own scent and when the ancient Greeks felt that smell it was thought to be the god's presence. Today I use the same for the people around me, associating each person to their particular fragrance. While most of the people have a signature fragrance that represent them, more and more are changing perfumes regularly. Especially spring is the perfect time to change our fragrances, going from the warm notes of winter to more fresh notes of fruits.

America's Cup with Nespresso

5 things I learned about the America's Cup :

1. The America's Cup World Series uses AC57 catamerans which are smaller than the ones used at the final America's Cup race or at the Louis Vuitton Cup. The World Series is used from teams to prepare themselves and get points for the final race. 
2. America's Cup is as important as the Olympics or World Soccer championship, at least for those with a passion for sailing. 
3. There are no women on the sailing teams but I bet there will be soon. What about an all-women team?
4. The winner of the competition chooses were the next America's cup will be held. In 2010 Oracle Team won the race and has chosen San Francisco Bay for the 2013 final race. I think it will be great watching the race from the Alcatraz Island. 
5. This is one of the most inclusive sport races I've ever seen. More than 100 thousand people were on the Naples shore watching the race for free. A whole village is build for the public everytime the America's Cup visits a city where fans can enjoy week  of sports, food, drinks and with Nespresso as a sponsor also some delicious coffee.
